10 Day Cole Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 medium cabbage heads, shredded
1 medium onion, cut fine
1 large green pepper, cut fine
1 1/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. vinegar
3/4 c. salad oil
1 tsp. salt or to taste
1/4 tsp. dried mustard
1/2 tsp. celery seed
Preparation

Boil sugar, oil, salt, dried mustard and celery seed for 5 minutes.
Pour over cabbage, onions and green pepper.
Let cool; mix and refrigerate.
This will keep at least 10
days.
