Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 lb. hamburger meat
2 (15 1/2 oz.) cans whole tomatoes
1 small onion, diced
1 bell pepper, diced
2 Tbsp. white granulated sugar
1/2 c. light brown sugar
4 Tbsp. chili powder
1 clove garlic, diced
3 (12 oz.) cans red kidney beans
2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Brown meat and leave juice in meat.
Add diced onion and pepper.
Let simmer 5 to 10 minutes, then add remaining ingredients, preferably tomatoes first.
Also, add 1 cup of water. Cook for about 2 hours and remove lid for the last 45 minutes for thicker chili.
