Mini Blintzes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. cream cheese
2 egg yolks
1/2 lb. oleo
2 loaves of fresh white bread
1/2 c. sugar
cinnamon and sugar mixture
Preparation

Mix the cream cheese, sugar and yolks together.
Cut crusts from the bread and roll
the bread thin.
Spread the slices with the cream cheese mixture.
Roll up bread.
Dip each in melted oleo, then roll in the cinnamon and sugar mixture.
Bake for 10 - 15 minutes at 400 degrees.
Cut in half.
Serve plain or with sour cream.
You can freeze these to cook later.
