Black Bottom Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 unbeaten egg
    1/8 tsp. salt
    6 oz. chocolate chips
    6 oz. butterscotch chips
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. cocoa
    1 c. sugar
    1/3 c. oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Combine cream cheese, egg and salt.
    Beat until smooth.
    Add chocolate and butterscotch chips; set aside.
    Mix flour, soda, salt, cocoa and sugar.
    Add oil, vanilla and water.
    Beat together until smooth.
