Pickled Peaches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can peach halves, drained
    whole cloves
    1 c. peach syrup
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 stick cinnamon
Preparation
    Stew peaches with 2 or 3 cloves.
    Simmer other ingredients 3 to 4 minutes.
    Pour over peaches.
    Store in refrigerator.
