Orange Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 1/4 oz.) tapioca pudding (not instant)
    1 (3 oz.) vanilla pudding (not instant)
    1 (3 oz.) orange jello
    1/2 tsp. orange extract
    3 c. cold water
    1 (8 oz.) prepared Cool Whip
    1 (6 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
    1 (10 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, drained
Preparation
    Mix together tapioca pudding, vanilla pudding, orange extract and the 3 cups of water.
    Let stand for 10 minutes so tapioca gets soft.
    Cook until thick.
    Boil for 1 minute.
    Cool.
    Add Cool Whip, pineapple and oranges.
    Stir until blended good. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
