Quick Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine or butter
    4 c. sliced fresh peaches
    1 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. milk
    2 c. sugar, divided
Preparation
    Melt butter in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Combine flour, 1 cup sugar and milk.
    Mix well.
    Pour over melted butter.
    Do not stir. Combine peaches and remaining 1 cup sugar in saucepan; bring to a boil.
    Pour over batter; do not stir.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until browned.
    Yield: Approximately 10 servings.
