Zucchini Appetizer - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. zucchini with skin
    1 c. Bisquick
    1/2 to 3/4 c. chopped onions
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 large clove crushed garlic
    1/2 tsp. Lawry's salt
    1/2 c. oil (salad)
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
    1/2 tsp. oregano
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and pour in a well-greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 55 minutes.
    Top should be golden.
    Cool on a rack and cut into squares.
