Vegetables In Cheese Sauce(Melts In Your Mouth.) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can Campbell's condensed cheese soup
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves, crushed
1 clove garlic, minced
2 c. cauliflower florets
1 small onion, cut into thin wedges
1 1/2 c. diagonally sliced carrots
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
Preparation

In a 3-quart microwave-safe casserole dish, stir soup until smooth.
Stir in milk, basil and garlic.
Mix well.
Add cauliflower, onion and peas.
Stir to coat well.
Cover with lid. Microwave on High 15 minutes or until vegetables are tender, stirring twice during cooking.
Let stand, covered, 5 minutes. Makes about 5 1/2 cups.
