Beef Stroganoff Skillet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1 - 10 1/2 oz. can beef broth
    1/2 c. water (can eliminate if using 14 oz. can of broth)
    3 c. uncooked medium egg noodles
Preparation
    In skillet, brown beef and cook onion until tender.
    Drain fat from beef.
    Blend in mushroom soup and sour cream; add remaining ingredients.
    Bring to boil.
    Reduce heat.
    Cover.
    Cook 10 minutes or until noodles are done.
    Stir often.
    Makes about 5 cups.
