Baked Pineapple - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium can chunk pineapple
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. flour
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Beat eggs; mix sugar and flour together to keep down lumps. Add sugar and flour mixture to well beaten eggs.
    Add pineapple juice and butter.
    Cook to a cream sauce.
    Pour over pineapple and bake at 300\u00b0 for about 20 to 25 minutes or until slightly brown on top.
