Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. oil
3 eggs
4 apples, chopped
1 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
3 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a mixer.
Blend well.
Grease and flour cake pan.
Pour in batter.
Bake at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 for 60 to 90 minutes.
