1 1/4 lb. boneless fresh turkey breast tenderloins
2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
4 tsp. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
16 oz. can whole berry cranberry sauce
16 oz. can apricot halves in extra-light syrup, drained (save syrup)
2 Tbsp. sliced green onions
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In 9-inch square or 9 x 11-inch baking pan, arrange turkey tenderloins.
In small bowl, combine mustard and 1 teaspoon brown sugar; spread evenly over turkey.
Bake, uncovered, 20 minutes.
