Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. grated zucchini
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 c. oil
3 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
3 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Beat eggs until foamy.
Add oil, zucchini, sugar and vanilla. Mix well.
Combine flour, salt, baking soda, cinnamon, baking powder and pecans.
Add to mixture.
Mix well.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour in 2 greased loaf pans.
