Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 1/4 oz. taco seasoning
    1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes with juice
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 (16 oz.) can chili beans, drained
    corn chips
Preparation
    Cook onion and hamburger; add salt and pepper, bell pepper and seasoning mix, tomatoes (chopped a little), tomato sauce and chili beans.
    Let simmer for 30 minutes.
    Pour into 2-quart casserole. Sprinkle cheese on top with corn chips.
    Bake 20 minutes.
