Pizza Dough - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. plain flour
2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. yeast
1/2 c. warm water
1 to 2 Tbsp. sugar for yeast
1/4 c. oil
2 c. plain flour (additional)
Preparation

Mix yeast, sugar and water.
In another bowl, put 2 cups flour, salt and oil; mix well.
Add yeast mixture; mix.
Add 2 additional cups flour.
Add more warm water if needed to make a stiff dough.
Let rise until double.
Split dough in half.
Roll out to pan size on floured board.
Add toppings and sauce; bake at 425\u00b0 until done.
