Banana Oatmeal Bread - cooking recipe

2 c. (4) bananas
2 c. oatmeal
1 c. milk
2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
4 eggs
1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. soft margarine
Preparation

In bowl, combine bananas, oats and milk; set aside.
In large bowl, cream sugar and margarine until light and fluffy.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Combine all ingredients, adding alternately with banana mixture.
Spoon into 2 greased loaf pans.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
Contains 18 slices per loaf, 180 calories a slice.
