Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 c. cooking oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. chopped raw apples
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients; add eggs.
    Slowly add oil, beating constantly.
    Add vanilla.
    Fold in apples and nuts.
    Bake in a tube pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
