Aunt Pat'S Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. water
1 c. cream of chicken soup
2 c. diced chicken, cooked
2 Tbsp. grated onion
1 c. chopped almonds
1/4 c. green pepper, cut fine
1 1/2 c. cooked rice
1/2 tsp. salt
3 hard-cooked eggs
3/4 c. grated sharp cheese
3/4 c. diced celery
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 c. crushed potato chips
Preparation

Mix mayo, water and soup together.
Stir in onion, chicken, almonds, pepper, rice, salt, celery and lemon juice.
Carefully add sliced eggs.
Place all in greased casserole dish.
Top with potato chips and cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Serves 10.
