Cheese And Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 Tbsp. butter
    6 Tbsp. flour
    1 qt. (4 c.) milk
    2 c. Velveeta
    1 can chicken broth
    10 oz. pkg. frozen broccoli, cooked and drained
    3 sliced carrots
    1/4 c. green peppers
    1 large clove garlic, crushed
Preparation
    Melt butter; saute garlic and green peppers.
    Slowly add flour.
    Add milk, one cup at a time.
    Slice Velveeta and add, stirring until it melts.
    Add chicken broth, broccoli and carrots. Simmer.
    Do not boil.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
