Carrots With Orange Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small bunch (about 1 lb.) carrots
3/4 tsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. margarine
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. orange juice
1 Tbsp. grated orange rind
Preparation

Clean carrots well.
Slice and cook.
Combine remaining ingredients and cook until thick.
Pour over cooked carrots. Cover and let stand a few minutes before serving.
