Greta'S Pasta With Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    1 large red onion, wedge slices
    1 red or yellow bell pepper, sliced
    3 carrots, sliced
    2 zucchini squash, sliced thinly
    juice of 1 lemon
    10 fresh basil leaves
    5 fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1 to 2 cans diced tomatoes with juice
Preparation
    Saute quickly in a pan (preferably on gas, high heat), stirring often.
