Artichoke Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 oz. pkg. artichoke hearts
    4 eggs, well beaten
    4 oz. crab meat or 1/2 c. diced pepperoni
    1 c. diced Mozzarella cheese
    1/4 c. grated cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    9-inch unbaked pie crust
Preparation
    Cut artichoke hearts in half.
    Blend artichokes with eggs, crab meat or pepperoni, salt, pepper and cheeses. Pour into pie crust.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until set. Serve warm or cold.
