Chicken Vegetables Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. minced garlic
    16 oz. frozen mixed vegetables
    2 boneless, skinned chicken breasts
    4 c. cooked hot rice
    3 to 4 Tbsp. thick teriyaki sauce
Preparation
    Heat oil in wok or skillet over high heat.
    Add garlic and cook a few seconds, then add frozen vegetables and stir frequently until warmed through.
    Cut chicken into 1/2 x 2-inch strips.
    When vegetables are barely cooked, add chicken and stir until it becomes opaque.
    Stir in teriyaki sauce and serve over hot rice.
