Easy-Make Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. Blair ground nutmeg
2 c. unsifted cake flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
4 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. shortening
1/4 c. margarine
1/8 tsp. Blair butter flavoring
1 tsp. of one of the following: Blair almond flavoring, Blair lemon flavoring or Blair vanilla flavoring

Preparation

Mix first 2 ingredients together and use to dust a greased 10-inch tube pan.
Mix butter and other flavoring with milk in a large mixing bowl.
Add remaining ingredients and beat for 20 minutes.
Pour batter into pan and place in a cold oven.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
