Ingredients

2 c. whole milk
4 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. Bisquick
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 stick butter or margarine
2 to 3 c. flaked coconut
Preparation

In a blender, mix all ingredients, except coconut.
Pour into greased fluted pie plate. Sprinkle with 2 to 3 cups flaked coconut.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven covered with aluminum foil for 20 minutes.
Continue baking uncovered for additional 15 to 20 minutes until cake test comes out clean.
Refrigerate overnight. Enjoy!
