Crock-Pot Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. beef stew meat
    5 Tbsp. tapioca (Minute)
    4 to 5 carrots, diced
    1 medium onion, diced
    5 to 6 potatoes, diced
    1 qt. tomato juice
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Put the ingredients in the order shown in crock-pot.
    Turn on high until it starts to boil, then turn to low for 4 or 5 hours. Or, leave on low all day.
