Swedish Nut Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 12-oz. can crushed pineapple
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 c. brown sugar
1 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 stick margarine
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Mix sugar, flour, eggs, soda and pineapple (and juice) with mixer on low speed.
Then add nuts. Pour into a 9 x 12 inch greased pan and bake for 40 minutes.
Stir together brown sugar, cream cheese and margarine with spoon.
Put frosting on cake while cake is still hot.
Sprinkle with nuts.
