Strawberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs, lightly beaten
    1 1/4 c. Crisco oil
    2 c. fresh sliced strawberries (1 pt. or 16 oz. frozen)
    1 1/4 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine all of the dry ingredients in a bowl.
    Make a well in the center.
    Add eggs and oil.
    Stir well until moistened.
    Stir in strawberries and pecans.
    Pour batter into 2 lightly greased loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
