French Strawberry Pie(No Sugar) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. or envelope unflavored gelatin
    1/4 c. cold water
    1 qt. strawberries
    3 Tbsp. liquid non-calorie sweetener
    red food coloring
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 (9-inch) baked pie shell
Preparation
    Soften gelatin in cold water.
    Wash and cap strawberries.
    Add sweetener.
    Press 1 1/2 cups strawberries through strainer.
    Add food coloring.
    If desired, add lemon juice and bring to boil. Remove from heat and soften gelatin, stirring to dissolve. Chill until mixture begins to thicken.
    Fold in remaining whole strawberries.
    Spoon in cooled pie shell.
    Refrigerate until set. Garnish with whipped cream.
