Buttermilk Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. coconut (frozen)
    1 c. buttermilk
    2 unbaked pie crusts
Preparation
    Melt butter; add sugar, eggs and vanilla.
    Beat well with spoon.
    Add coconut, then buttermilk. Pour into 2 unbaked pie crusts.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 1/2 hours or until golden brown.
