Mary Lou Lange'S Spaghetti Sauce For 100 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    15 lb. lean beef, ground
    1 gal. tomatoes, swirled in blender
    2 gal. spaghetti sauce (Contadina)
    1 to 2 gal. pizza sauce
    4 Tbsp. chili powder
    8 oz. spaghetti sauce mix (Shilling; dry)
    1 qt. dry onion flakes
    oregano, garlic powder, salt and pepper
Preparation
    Brown and drain ground beef.
    Combine all ingredients; simmer. Use with 15 pounds of spaghetti noodles, 10 loaves French bread, 3 bags salad and 2 quarts of salad dressing.
