Tuna Cheese Twist - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans tuna
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    2 c. Bisquick or Jiffy baking mix
    1/2 c. cold water
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. water
    1/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix baking mix and 1/2 cup water until soft dough forms.
    Beat vigorously 20 strokes.
    Gently smooth into ball on floured cloth. Knead 5 times.
    Roll into 14 x 11-inch rectangle.
    Place on lightly greased cookie sheet.
