Spanish Coffee - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 oz. Cointreau or Triple Sec
    1/2 oz. brandy
    1/2 oz. Kahlua
    1 oz. Amaretto
    1 tsp. sugar
    whipped cream
    hot coffee (regular or decaf)
    chocolate jimmies
    cherries
Preparation
    Use red wine glasses with a large bowl.
    Heat water in glasses in microwave.
    Make one drink a a time.
    Place the Cointreau and sugar in the glass and swirl, then flame, caramelizing the sugar. Add coffee.
    Add rest of liquor.
    Top with whipped cream, sugar and chocolate jimmies.
    Makes 1.
    Turn off the lights when flaming; a great show and a great drink!
