Corn Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 2 1/2 c. frozen corn, thawed
    1/2 c. chopped green onion with green part
    1/2 c. chopped sweet red pepper
    2 Tbsp. unsalted margarine
    3 eggs
    2 c. parve milk substitute (dairy half and half)
    1 tsp. sugar
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0; grease shallow 1 1/2-quart or 8-inch square baking dish.
    Set aside.
