Sour Cream Cranberry Bread - cooking recipe

2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/4 c. unsalted butter, softened
1 1/3 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. grated orange peel
5 large eggs
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. orange juice
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 c. fresh cranberries
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Heat oven to 325\u00b0.
Butter and flour two 7 x 5-inch loaf pans. In medium bowl, sift flour, baking powder and salt; set aside. In large bowl, with electric mixer, beat butter until creamy.
Add sugar and orange peel; beat until light and fluffy.
Beat in eggs, one at a time.
Add sour cream and orange juice alternately with flour mixture.
Blend in fresh cranberries.
Pour into prepared pans and bake for 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean.
