Baked Lasagna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. lasagna or broad noodles
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 beaten egg
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (6 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese
2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans spaghetti sauce with meat
Preparation

Take an unbleached muslin bag, put some sweet fresh hay in bottom of the bag; add the ham and put hay firmly all around ham. Tie the bag and hang in dry place.
Ham treated in this manner will keep for years.
