Egg Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices white bread
    1 lb. American cheese, grated
    6 eggs, well beaten
    3 c. milk
    3/4 tsp. dry mustard
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Butter bread on one side and dice into 1/2-inch cubes.
    Grate cheese.
    In 2-quart buttered casserole, alternate layers of bread and cheese (4 layers).
    Mix rest of ingredients.
    Pour over bread and cheese.
    Refrigerate overnight and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
    Yields 6 to 8 servings.
