No-Sugar Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 bananas, mashed
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 c. wheat germ
    1/2 c. butter
    2 eggs
    1 c. apple juice concentrate
Preparation
    Melt butter.
    Stir in 2 eggs and apple juice concentrate.
    Add bananas.
    Mix flour, salt, soda and wheat germ; add to banana mixture.
    Pour into greased loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
