Salmon Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. can salmon
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. Worcestershire
1/4 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. green onions, chopped
2 tsp. liquid smoke
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
Preparation

Drain liquid from salmon and remove skin and bones.
Add next 5 ingredients.
Mix well.
Add cream cheese.
Chill overnight. Form into a ball and roll in chopped nuts and parsley.
