Twelve Layer Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter (oleo)
    2 c. sugar
    6 eggs
    3 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. oil
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Add eggs, one at a time.
    Sift flour and add alternately with milk and oil.
    Cook layers in oven on highest temperature (not broil), using an iron griddle.
    Use 1/2 cup of batter per layer.
