Mom'S Christmas Pecan Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. butter
    1 lb. brown sugar
    6 eggs
    4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 lb. pecans, chopped
    4 oz. green candied cherries, chopped
    4 oz. red candied cherries, chopped
    8 oz. candied pineapple, chopped
    1 oz. bottle lemon extract
Preparation
    Cream butter and brown sugar.
    Add eggs.
    Beat well.
    Add flour, pecans, cherries and pineapple.
    Mix well.
    Add lemon extract and blend well.
