Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. (2 boxes) Jiffy cornmeal mix
    3 eggs
    2/3 c. milk
    1/2 c. oil
    1 can cream-style corn
    2 to 3 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    4 jalapeno peppers, chopped fine
Preparation
    Mix all the ingredients together, reserving about 1 cup of shredded cheese to scatter on top.
    Bake in a 13 x 9-inch pan at 350\u00b0 until done, about 30 to 40 minutes.
