Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. extra-lean ground beef or stew meat
1 chopped onion
1 to 2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can low-fat cream of mushroom soup
1 small can mushrooms
1 c. nonfat sour cream or yogurt
2 Tbsp. catsup
Preparation

Brown the meat with the onion and garlic until meat is cooked through.
Drain any fat.
Add remaining ingredients and stir. Heat but do not boil.
Serve over noodles.
