Chocolate Eclair Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. milk
    1/3 c. cocoa
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 stick margarine
    2 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
    3 c. milk
    1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
    1 box graham crackers
Preparation
    To make frosting, place first 5 ingredients in saucepan and bring to a boil. Boil 1 minute. Set aside to cool. Mix vanilla pudding with milk. Stir in Cool Whip.
