Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. evaporated milk
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 tsp. maple syrup
    30 to 35 caramels
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 to 5 qt. popped popcorn
    1/2 c. peanuts
Preparation
    Combine evaporated milk, margarine, maple syrup and caramels. Cook slowly over low heat until melted and smooth, stirring often. Add vanilla; stir and pour over popcorn and peanuts.
    Mix well.
