1 lb. hot sausage, room temperature
1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
3 1/2 c. Bisquick mix

Preparation

Mix

Shape into balls; bake on cookie sheet at

for 15 minutes if not frozen, but if frozen 30 minutes.
