Cranberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 1/4 c. milk
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. orange rind
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. whole cranberries
Preparation
    Mix well all of the ingredients, except nuts and cranberries. Fold in nuts and cranberries.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 in 1 big loaf pan or 2 small pans.
