Scotch Oatcakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. rolled oats
1/2 c. melted butter
1/2 c. milk
Preparation

In bowl mix all ingredients except milk.
Once mixed, blend in milk.
Mix well.
Divide the dough into 6 parts.
Roll each part into a five inch circle.
Cut each circle into quarters (pie slice sections).
Bake at 450\u00b0 on a greased pan for 15 minutes.
