Low-Fat Berry Bavarian - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    1 (8 serving size) pkg. or 2 (4 serving size) pkg. Jell-O brand raspberry or strawberry flavor sugar-free, low calorie gelatin dessert
    1 c. cold water, ice cubes
    2 3/4 c. thawed Cool Whip lite whipped topping
Preparation
    Stir boiling water into gelatin in large bowl for 2 minutes or until completely dissolved.
    Mix cold water and ice cubes to make 2 cups.
    Add gelatin, stirring until slightly thickened.
    Remove any remaining ice.
    Stir in whipped topping with wire whisk until smooth.
    Spoon into 8 dessert dishes.
    Refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm.
    Garnish with whipped topping and raspberries.
